Open a browser and log in to your cPanel account. In the Software group, click the Select PHP version button.


You are taken to the PHP Selector | extensions page. On this page, you can see which version of PHP is currently in use. Your PHP version is PHP 5.6.


Click the drop-down list box labeled PHP Version (1), select the desired PHP version, for example PHP 7.2 (2) and then click Set as current button (3). Now you are already using PHP 7.2.
